Kade Mackison, Founder
Kade founded Sweep and Clear Facility Services after serving in the U.S. military, where he learned that excellence isn't a skill — it's a habit. Where attention to detail isn't optional. Where reliability under pressure is the minimum standard, not the goal.
After his service, Kade saw an opportunity to bring those values to a Lancaster County market that needed them: commercial facility services that property managers, medical practices, schools, and government facilities could actually depend on.
Today, as a 100% service-disabled veteran building Sweep and Clear from the ground up, Kade brings the same discipline to every contract that he brought to every mission. The brand promise is simple, and it's personal: Results That Pass Inspection.
